Each season of life brings with it unique and often difficult challenges, and there are times when we need help to overcome them.

One of my goals as a Counselor is to work with you to help you better understand and resolve these challenges. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral and Client-Centered perspectives, we can explore long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Directions: If coming from Lexington, take Harrodsburg Road headed away from Lexington, going toward Jessamine County. You will go past Firebrook Subdivision (which will be on the right), and at the stoplight, you will take a right onto Wind Haven Drive. My office is located on the second floor in the second building on the right with the letter "A" on the front. Walk to the top of the stairs and my office will be on the right.
